Finance Director

Ash’s unfailing efficiency is paramount to the running of a busy Sales, Lettings and Finance Department and the day to
day problems that are normal with such a business. Her obsession with the business and real estate sector means she
has the knowledge of legal procedures and financial situations making her utmost prepared to tackle all complicated
Real Estate scenarios with speed and ease. Her rational approach to decision making lead her to take appropriate steps
when confronting challenges.

She also advises on complex contracts and strategic projects, as well as “business as usual” matters and data
protection/ privacy matters. Ash focuses on outcome AND process, not just one or the other to ensure a smooth sailing
journey for our customers.

Ash is constantly in search of innovative ideas to bring into the business and she always exhibits a tremendous work
ethic.

She encourage employees and customers to share insights, helping and improving our team by reflecting on successes
and mistakes. She is then able to regularly plan growth strategies by setting clear and realistic goals.

Ash is further working to be able to successfully complete all financial aspects and needs for customers by soon
becoming an in house Mortgage Advisor.

Lettings Director

Having spent some time abroad in Dubai, Ashpal has a fantastic understanding of the Real Estate Industry. Customer
Service and Money Well Spent are two things Ashpal is highly dedicated to by providing his clients with exceptional
services.

Those that have dealt with Ashpal before would agree that he has consistently been expanding on his successes and
establishing a quality reputation in the area, with a team approach to delivering a personal standard of reliability and
trust in the customer relationship.

He has particular experience focusing on inward investment of overseas capital into Dubai real estate. Ashpal also
understand the risks, challenges and goals facing property investors. Combining his professional and personal
knowledge of the property investment sector, he offer’s his clients advice across the property market, providing
significant support and peace of mind and helping his clients get the best value from their property investment
portfolio.

Sales Manager

Harry has always aspired for excellence in the quality of his work and putting service at the forefront when dealing with
customers. He is able to provide accurate details and required information to the clients giving them the vast knowledge
to make a precise decision.

He also applies his media skills which are utilised for photography, videography and virtual tours of the properties.
Harry is conscientious Consultant who exudes credibility, commitment, and determination. His passion for real estate is
apparent through his excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly approach.

Lettings Manager

Sumit is known to deliver exceptional services in record timing. He strives to execute all tasks with a high standard to
make our deserving customers feel valued. He is a proficient person who is friendly and has a positive approach to
clients and work.

He has established a strong relationship with our clients as an emergency contact and looks after the demands of our
landlords and tenants. His role includes deal progressions, rent collection, property visits, maintenance and repairs, all
based in our Norwood Green office.

He known for his extensive market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to clients, Sumit’s success is based almost
exclusively on positive referrals. He earns the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf.

Sales Executive

Daljit has an abundance of market knowledge, industry expertise and great connections within many sectors. He is a f
antastic Sales individual and his stamina and hunger to thrive and always strive for the best has allowed him to leave our
clients very satisfied. His great potential to increase business for Galaxy Real Estate in different departments and
phenomenal networking skills has allowed him to keep the ball rolling. Nothing has stopped him to exceed his targets,
ensuring that he always excels and provides and exceptional service to all his clients which he brings on board.

Commercial Administrator

Saijal works directly and liaises with the commercial team and our in-house mortgage advisor. She ensures that all the l
egal side of things are taken care of, ensuring that the right documentation is provided by the clients to prevent any
fraudulent activities and to ensure that everything is safe and complaint in line with our anti money laundering policies.
Saijal works hard to draft leases and contracts for all our commercial Lettings and deals with most of the administrative
work in the Commerical department. Saijal is a hard worker who is self motivated and independent, she ensures her
work is of very high standard and is a very friendly and helpful to all our clients and staff.

Mortgage Administrator

Vimi works directly and liaises with the residential team and our in-house mortgage advisor. She ensures that all the
legal side of things are taken care of, ensuring that the right documentation is provided by the clients to prevent any
fraudulent activities and to ensure that everything is safe and complaint in line with our anti money laundering policies.
Vimi is a hard worker who is self motivated and independent, she ensures her work is of very high standard and is a
very friendly and helpful to all our clients and staff.
